Every day, I hear from residents concerned about what is going on in their neighbourhood. It seems that our planning system needs fixing, by taking power back from big developers and giving it to communities.
This year, I’ll be conducting a review into development in Maiwar, so that I can continue to push for targeted, effective reforms to Queensland's Planning Act. I’m kicking it off with a public online forum to hear from the experts, and to get the community’s views.
